Instead was actually the precursor to the Inner Workout app. The idea was simple: whenever you got the urge to scroll, you'd pull a card instead. Instead was named a Kickstarter "Product We Love", was featured in Bon Appetit's Healthyish, was 270% funded, and was sold in independent stores across the county.
